08.45-11.05 Asanas, pranayama, deep relaxation. Yoga class separately for advanced, intermediate, gentle.
11.05 Brunch. Karma Yoga (assistance approx. 45 min.), study time (approx. 45 min.), break.
14.00-15.45 Lecture, workshop
16.00-18.10 Asanas, pranayama, deep relaxation. Teaching techniques and own teaching experience in small groups.

The teaching of Integral Yoga draws from the essentials of Hatha Yoga, Prana Yoga, Raja Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Kundalini Yoga integrating them into the philosophy that “All life is Yoga”.

It is based on the integral teachings of Sri Aurobindo, a famous Indian philosopher, Yogi and spiritual reformer of the 20th century.

CAN IT FIT? This 3-week intensive Training is for Yogis that are aiming for an efficient and compact Course to become a Teacher within a short time period. All sessions are coordinated harmonically so that you can profit most.

STYLES: The Primary Style is Transformational Yoga with Additional styles, Hatha and Vinyasa.

LEVEL: This course is for Practitioners who have had a consistent Yoga Practice for 1 Year or more.
